Todo Inbox helps people manage personal todos, shared todos, categories, due dates, and optional Google Calendar sync. This policy describes the information used by the Todo Inbox web and iOS apps.

Information We Collect

We collect the account information needed to sign in and use the app, such as your email address and optional display name. We also store the todo content you create, including titles, details, due dates, completion status, categories, shared spaces, invitations, and shared-space membership.

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Todo Inbox stores the authorization tokens needed to sync due-dated todos. The app may create, update, or delete calendar events that correspond to your due-dated todos. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the app settings.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide app functionality, keep your todos in sync, support shared spaces, maintain your session, and help troubleshoot issues. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or tracking.

Service Providers

Todo Inbox relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, and optional calendar integration. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app.

Data Choices

You can edit or delete todos in the app, disconnect Google Calendar, leave shared spaces, and sign out at any time. To request account deletion or help with your data, contact support.
